Free Soul Dance was founded in 2009, as an open dance class community for adults. I founded the business based on my desire to help people empower & heal themselves through developing a personal practice of dance & movement.
As I evolved personally, my vision and mission were begging to follow suit! I am so excited to share these next level vibes as I infuse dance, intuitive guidance, energy work, and vibratory alchemy together to offer a potent and holistic approaches to wellness, healing, and transformation.
Kara Mann is a lifelong professional level dancer, teacher, & choreographer. She is also a Reiki Master, movement guide expert, vibrational alchemist & intuitive coach.
Kara has always experienced the ability to read the energy of others, as well as deeply feel emotions and intuitive messages.
She focuses her work on helping empathic, creative women cultivate a deeper relationship with their physical & energetic bodies. This is done through movement, sound, music, breath and energy work to activate, refine, and empower their personal powers of healing & spiritual gifts for expansion and transformation.
Kara enjoys connecting with nature, especially the ocean! She is especially excited to have found her singing voice through vocal toning. Vocal toning opened her up to a whole new level in her ability to speak with confidence, share her message and help others.
Kara’s offerings are a unique blend of modalities to help you step into your truest nature and most aligned path. This comes from a place of personal experience and embodiment. She shares the gems of her own transformational journey with you.
